How to reply to specific messages

In this tutorial we will show you how to reply to messages by quoting or mentioning the specific message.

During a conversation just go to the right side of the message and click on the arrow icon

You will see the message at top, just answer normally and hit send

This will work the same way from the client's side.

Remember that you can use this feature to avoid confusions during your conversation, to comment pictures or products

Note: For now this feature is only available for the live chat (widget on the website)
