How to use different profiles for different channels within JivoChat
In this tutorial we present a new feature that allows operators to have different images on different communication channels, instead of differentiating them just by name.
NOTE: Currently, these changes can only be made in the desktop application. In the mobile application, the user can only view the name and photo that are currently configured on the agent's channels.
Start by logging into your application, click on "Manage" -> "My Profile" -> Go to the "Channels delegated to the operator" section -> Click on the "Use different profiles for different channels" checkbox to activate the functionality
You could then make the following changes:
1 - In "Name for channel" you can change the operator name
2 - In "Upload a photo" you will have the option to upload an image from your computer
3 - When you click "Add random photo", an image will be loaded randomly
4 - If you want to remove the photo, just click on the trash can symbol
